PORTLAND, Ore. (April 22, 2011)—Solar Oregon, a non-profit organization dedicated to solar energy outreach, is hosting its fourth annual Goal Net Zero Tour on Saturday May 7, 2011. Homeowners, designers, builders, and real estate professionals are invited to take a firsthand look at four remarkable homes on the path to carbon neutrality, and their deployment of green strategies from solar PV systems to the European passive house concept. 

Details: The tour is $65 for Solar Oregon members and $80 for non-members. Ticket includes workshop, lunch, and guided bus tour. http://solaroregon.org/workshops-and-education/tours/goal-net-zero-tour/goal-net-zero-tour-2011.  AIA continuing education credits are available.
