Carolina will also be talking about priorities in the implementation of the historic Portland Clean Energy Fund.

Will also hear from Sherrie Pelsma from the Community Energy Project. She’ll be speaking about how her social service agency became involved in solar legislation in designing the game changing Community Solar program. She’ll also speak to how environmentalists can engage with low income people to tackle entrenched problems of poverty and pollution at the same time.
