Today many real estate professionals are thinking strategically about sustainability issues and staying relevant to their clients. Millennials are the next wave of home buyers and there’s evidence to predict they’ll be demanding to know about the maintenance and energy costs of home ownership. Buyers have looked at seller’s utility bills to get an idea of how much it cost to live in a particular home’s conditioned space.
