Know Your Solar Rights!

Speaker at 7:00pm

Oregon energy policy and related statutes encourage development of sustainable energy resources, including solar, and give cities and counties the authority to adopt solar access ordinances.  Energy law attorney, Duncan Delano, will explain state laws that eliminate prohibitions on solar installations and protect access to sunlight.  He also will examine a variety of local solar access ordinances and programs that other local jurisdictions around the state may wish to consider.  A member of Tonkon Torp’s Energy Law and Real Estate & Land Use practice groups, Duncan helps clients develop renewable energy projects.
