Tools for understanding and lowering your energy use
The best way to begin reducing your energy bill is by understanding how much electricity, natural gas or other energy source your household uses. The Energy Use Index (EUI) is an excellent tool to get you started. Learn from this workshop how to do your own energy analysis and how your home compares to the average home.
You are welcome to bring a completed EUI spreadsheet to the workshop or bring one year's worth of your utilities (gas and electric).
