A panel discussion

On Thursday, February 6, join the Institute for Economics and the Environment and these panelists for a conversation about the potential for a statewide carbon tax in Oregon.

Panelists: 

  • Michael Armstrong, Senior Sustainability Manager, City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability 
  • Yoram Bauman, Standup Economist, Carbon Tax Expert, and Former Lecturer, University of Washington
  • Jackie Dingfelder, Former Oregon State Senator and Portland State University Ph.D. Candidate
  • Jenny Liu, Assistant Professor of Urban Studies and Planning and Assistant Director, Northwest Economic Research Center, Portland State University

With remarks by Tom Potiowsky, former Oregon State Economist, Professor of Economics and Director of the Northwest Economic Research Center, Portland State University.
