Join us as we catch up with Doug Boleyn over a year after his home was featured on the 2010 Goal Net Zero Tour.

Doug will show us that the devil's in the details when it comes to a truly low energy home, covering 2 years worth of data collected to prove the merit of the Net Zero Push.

While there you can also get the nitty-gritty on his photovoltaic thermal system which captures heated warm air from the rear of the modules, and uses it to preheat water and provide supplementary space heating. The PVT system also cools the PV modules by drawing in the outdoor ambient air drawn underneath the modules. In the heating mode, this operation also provides fresh air to the house.
