This fall, Solar Oregon will be conducting our inaugural membership drive and we're hosting a special event to kick it off -- on September 16th we'll be throwing a Solar SUNday Extravaganza! A benefit for Solar Oregon complete with speakers, workshops, food, drinks and fun!

Come enjoy a SUN filled day full of entertainment, education and networking and help Solar Oregon to continue our mission of leading the way to a clean energy future by demonstrating the successful use of solar energy in Oregon!

There will be lots of fun to be had and great new insight to be gained from our group of presenters! Check out the line up below for the days workshops!

Hula Hoop Contest at 2pm, Limo Contest at 3pm! Live Solar Powered Music by Graham from Sun Rise Riview! Main BBQ at 4pm and Drinks through out the day! Movie Showings at 2pm, 3pm & 5pm!

On top of all of the great educational opportunities we'll also be serving up a mouth watering BBQ complete with BBQ pork and Yakitori, grilled portebello mushrooms and delicious sides such as beans, rice and salad - and bring the kids so they can grab a hot dog from our Solar Oven!

While you're enjoying the great food, drinks and company you can also get a peak at the movies Solar Taxi and Nova: Saved by the Sun!
