Solar Oregon is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit membership organization providing public education and community outreach to encourage Oregonians to choose solar energy.
Solarize projects are community efforts designed to make solar electricity and associated weatherization programs more affordable to homeowners. Cities and neighborhoods in Oregon with the support from community leaders and local municipalities are organizing these bulk-purchasing programs. Solar Oregon is assisting these efforts through solar education and data management.
