Meet Solar Oregon’s new Board of Director Members

Todd Gregory

Todd Gregory is Assistant VP at Obsidian Finance Group where he directs the renewable energy project development activities and serves as the lead project developer on the solar portfolio, currently consisting of 22 completed projects. Prior to joining Obsidian, Todd was a tax senior manager with Ernst & Young and tax manager at Deloitte & Touche. He earned a B.S. in economics with honors from Willamette University, a J.D. from Syracuse University, and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Denver, Graduate Tax Program. Todd is a member of the Colorado Bar and the American Bar Association; and he was treasurer on the board of Oregon Solar Energy Industries Association (OSEIA) prior to joining Solar Oregon.


Gordon Molitor

Gordy is an experienced not-for-profit manager and most recently he held leadership positions as operations director of The Wetlands Conservancy and executive director of Green Empowerment. As chief executive of an international development organization, and with years of experience in a variety of global and domestic NPOs, Gordy brings to Solar Oregon needed expertise in planning, grant and project management, financial management, and team leadership. He also served on the board of directors for our partner, Earthshare Oregon, and worked with staff and fellow board members on the ESOR Finance Committee.


Corey Omey

Corey is an LEED AP Architect & project manager at Ernest R Munch Architect Urban Planner.  He was involved in Solar Oregon’s Goal Net Zero Tour as a consultant and homeowner. In fact, Corey is a nominee for our 2012 Solar Ambassador of the Year. He is also is a volunteer with the Northwest Earth Institute and an active member and volunteer with GRiT, the Green Roof information Thinktank. He holds a Masters of Architecture from University of Oregon, School of Architecture and Allied Arts; and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, University of Michigan’s College of Architecture & Urban Planning.


Alan Scott

Alan is a FAIA, LEED Fellow, and Principal at The Cadmus Group. After founding and building a successful, internationally recognized green building consulting firm, Alan joined The Cadmus Group's built environment division as a practice leader for high performance building consulting. An experienced trainer, Alan has conducted numerous workshops and seminars in the US, Canada, Mexico, Peru, Brazil and Russia tailored to the unique needs of the participants. He served 3 years on the board of AIA Portland, 2.5 years on the board of Sustainable Communities NW, and 6 years on the board of Green Building Services, Inc.


Scott Piscitello

Scott is President of Bird Dog Development Corp. a consultancy involved in the identification, development, negotiation and closing of profitable new-build utility-scale projects and transactions. Prior to this he was Sr. Vice President of Development for Renewable Energy Systems Americas - Pacific Northwest Region, a company that constructed more than 5,700 MW of renewable energy in North America.  Scott has a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland College Park and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
