Alice Lasher is a professional Firefighter, EMT, and Community Emergency Response trainer. She has a degree in Communications and has been working in the fire service since 1991. She currently serves as an EMT B, Public information and Education Officer, and Critical Incident Stress Manager. She is also an avid and skilled gardener, and an excellent speaker.
Isaiah Cox is a demand response specialist at Portland
General Electric where he manages several programs designed to help customers lower their energy costs by reducing their energy
use when demand is particularly high in the region. Most recently Cox
rolled out PGE’s newest Energy
Partner SM automated demand response program for business
customers. Cox holds a degree in construction management from Northern Arizona
University and has worked as a construction
project engineer in Nevada, Arizona,
and Hawaii, as well as on a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
gold-certified dormitory in Portland.
Cox has worked in the utility industry since 2009. Cox lives in Tigard.
