Educate Yourself About Solar - Many organizations offer training and education for people who want to learn more about solar. Solar Oregon workshops help consumers understand the solar market and are a great way to learn the solar basics and about the industry in general. In addition, there are many solar educators, organizations, and degree programs available.

Get Licensed as a Solar Installer - In Oregon, you must have the appropriate licenses if you wish to do installation work.  Solar Oregon provides a summary of required licenses for solar professionals.
